Definition
Those individuals who are said to be running the company. Those on the top (bosses) verse those on the bottom (the employees). Often employees only see their leadership at town hall meetings, at webinars or on the monitor playing constant smiling photos of the folks at headquarters, making big big decisions and earning salaries many times that of the average employee. A competent leader will create opportunities for people to add value in ways which are unique to them and contribute to the direction of the organization. Unfortunately it is easier to find out their names than it is to determine what exactly they do. It is also organizing success for others
