Definition

Business measures that typically involve employee or customer results. This includes employee satisfaction and moral, customer satisfaction. These measures are often seen as more difficult to capture and have less reliability and value. However studies have demonstrated that these measures are as important as hard metrics as they provide valuable insights to the workforce as well as the behavior of the all important customer.
